Care Living services are designed for individuals who have a disability, mental health condition, learning disability, autism, drugs and alcohol misuse or other long-term conditions. These services provide assistance to empower each individual to live as independently as possible, in a safe environment to empower each individual.
Our service provides emotional support and companionship, supporting with daily living tasks, meals, medication, household chores, supporting mobility, activities, upholding accurate records and communication with the care team and families. Our central is to safeguard individuals from harm, making sure their welfare, dignity, and independence are encouraged within a person-centered care plan in line with legal and organizational policies.
